I monitor this email address nearly all hours of the day. If I am not in front of my computer it will come to my mobile device and I will be able to return your email promptly. I make it my goal to be as available as possible to answer your questions.
Note: Out of respect for those who have ordered, please do not contact me with support questions if you have not ordered the book. While I would love to help everyone, it is not fair to the people who have paid for the book for me to answer everyone's else's questions free of charge. I apologize for the inconvenience.
